1. All orders are processed within 5-7 working days. Orders shall not ship and deliver on weekends or holidays.
2. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (Eg: Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, Ecom Express, Xpressbees)
3. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5-7 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, depending on the pin-code serviceability area and the mode of payment chosen by the customer.
5. Due to the volume of economy deliveries, please allow a full 7 working days before contacting our customer service center. All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control.
6. Orders placed after 4 pm, will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service. For orders placed on a non-working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date.
7. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
8. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, item availability.
9. Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
1. Customer can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process by contacting ROSTAA customer support.
2. After submitting the cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation message to the registered e-mail address.
3. Once the order is canceled we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
4. In the case of a COD order, no refund shall be applied.

Return & Refund Policy
1. We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on ROSTAA within 7 days of delivery of the order.
2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Customer has to contact ROSTAA for a Returns Authorization Number. This will help us to track returns and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.
4. All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.
5. If the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before or after accepting delivery of the goods, the customer has to call our Customer Care +91-8080772772 or drop in an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made at the earliest.
6. If you have paid for the order using a bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7-10 working days (Depending on the payment method used for the order ) from the date, after the products clear the quality check process.
7. If you have paid for the order using Gift Card, then the amount gets refunded to your Gift Card account balance within 5-10 business days from the date of product clearing quality check.
